I want to express my gratitude to one of your Service Managers, Miguel. He came to our home today to service our spa/pool heater. Our problem with our heaters is intermittent, sometimes it works, and other times it doesn’t. Miguel took the time to trouble shoot to get to the root to the problem. He then took the time to explain to me, what he did and what should be done. I don’t know anything about pool heaters, so I asked him many questions, yet he was patient, polite, and professional.
I knew when I first spoke with your receptionist, Aline, that your company values their customer. She was also polite and professional, and called when she said she would.
My husband and I had dealt with several pool services in regards to our heaters, and yours was the first that treated us with kindness and courtesy. We now know who to call when we have a problem with our pool. Again, thank you.
