Genie Pool & Spa was referred to us from our pool guy and they have been a lifesaver for all our big pool projects. They’ve repaired tiles, replaced lights, pipe leaks, installed our chlorinator, repaired solar panels, etc. We are so thankful for their skill, knowledge and professionalism!

Have used this service for a couple of years They are terrific. I have very old, off white () wall to wall carpeting. They have restored to its best look .. Very well worth having them come on a yearly basis.

Two years ago my doctor told me I can’t clean my pool anymore due to my back. I called places and they all had an issue of me having dogs. I found genie pool and spa and Have used them from 2 years to present. They maintain my pool and spa. I also had them do some work to upgrade my pool system. I have been very pleased with them and they keep the pool and spa extraordinary. The staff is amazing. They are super friendly and always there to help with questions. I have a set day as well which is awesome. Another plus they have no issues of anyone owning dogs. I highly recommend genie pool and spa.

I want to express my gratitude to one of your Service Managers, Miguel. He came to our home today to service our spa/pool heater. Our problem with our heaters is intermittent, sometimes it works, and other times it doesn’t. Miguel took the time to trouble shoot to get to the root to the problem. He then took the time to explain to me, what he did and what should be done. I don’t know anything about pool heaters, so I asked him many questions, yet he was patient, polite, and professional.

I knew when I first spoke with your receptionist, Aline, that your company values their customer. She was also polite and professional, and called when she said she would.

My husband and I had dealt with several pool services in regards to our heaters, and yours was the first that treated us with kindness and courtesy. We now know who to call when we have a problem with our pool. Again, thank you.
