San Jose, California
Pool service in San Jose.
Our home base since 2000. The office is on Charter Park Drive, and San Jose pools are the core of the route.
San Jose is where most of our customers are, from family backyards in Willow Glen and Almaden Valley to apartment buildings and managed properties downtown. Some property managers here have been with us for fifteen years.
Long dry summers mean high chlorine demand and fast algae when circulation slips, and Santa Clara Valley water leaves calcium scale on tile and salt cells. Weekly service keeps ahead of both.

Two years ago my doctor told me I can’t clean my pool anymore due to my back. I called places and they all had an issue of me having dogs. I found genie pool and spa and Have used them from 2 years to present. They maintain my pool and spa. I also had them do some work to upgrade my pool system. I have been very pleased with them and they keep the pool and spa extraordinary. The staff is amazing. They are super friendly and always there to help with questions. I have a set day as well which is awesome. Another plus they have no issues of anyone owning dogs. I highly recommend genie pool and spa.

I had Genie Pool & Spa install the pool pump for me. The person who installed the pump was professional and knowledgeable and charged me reasonable amount. Few months later I called them back to check on some other problem. Promptly they showed up and checked out the system for me. I highly recommend them

Genie Pools has been servicing our backyard pool with attached spa, for over 6 years. The people at Genie pools are very professional, thorough, dependable, reliable and do a great job with both weekly maintenance as well as troubleshooting and solving problems. Our pool/spa is a bit challenging because it is an older salt pool/spa and can be a bit tricky. It is wonderful to have folks we can trust, that know how to handle the pool and show up and do what they say they will do, with grace and professionalism! My husband and I are very grateful for their excellent service!

Bought a brand new pentair pool walker and it died out of the box. Pentair sent me to another service provider who did not bother to respond. 180 degrees different with Genie. They were responsive and got the walker fixed in good time and installed it for me without needing me to be around etc. Seamless. Lucky for pentair they have at least one good service provider. I would recommend Genie Pool but would hesitate to recommend pentair!
