Weekly Pool & Spa Cleaning and Maintenance

Weekly pool and spa maintenance

Same day every week, same standard every visit. You stop thinking about the pool, and it stays ready to swim.

Weekly service is most of what we do, and we have done it in Santa Clara County since 2000. Each visit covers the water, the surfaces and the equipment, and the spa is serviced on the same visit when you have one.

You get a set service day. If something on the equipment pad starts to go wrong, we tell you while it is still a small repair, because we are the ones who see it every week.

Water balanced every visit
  • 01

    Water tested and balanced

Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabilizer checked and corrected every visit, so the water is safe, clear and easy on the plaster and equipment.

  • 02

    Pool and spa cleaned

Surface skimmed, walls, steps and tile line brushed, floor vacuumed as needed, skimmer and pump baskets emptied.

  • 03

    Equipment looked over

Pump, filter, heater and timers checked while we are there. Pressure, leaks and odd noises get noted and reported to you.

  • 04

    Filter care on a schedule

Filters cleaned on a regular cycle so circulation stays strong and the chemistry holds between visits.

Salt pools and older systems

Salt water pools need their own attention: cell output, salt level and scale on the cell all affect how the pool holds its chlorine. We troubleshoot salt systems as part of regular service, and older salt pool and spa combinations that other companies find tricky are welcome.

The same goes for older equipment in general. If your system has some history, we will learn how it behaves and look after it properly.

Through the seasons

Valley summers push chlorine demand up and bring algae on fast, so summer visits lean harder on chemistry and circulation. In the cooler months the pool still needs care: leaves, lower run times, and a pool that is ready the first warm weekend instead of green.

When pool care gets harder to do yourself

Plenty of our customers looked after their own pool for years until it stopped making sense, because of a back, a busy job or simply time. Handing it over should be easy. We take over the whole routine, keep you posted, and answer questions whenever you have them.

And yes, dogs are fine. If you have dogs, tell us when you set up service and we will work around them. Some of our longest customers have them.
